LPN/RN:

We are seeking a team-oriented nurse who, in addition to having solid nursing skills, embraces providing soft leadership and education to their shift-mates. This is a great position for someone who’s looking for a change of pace and environment.

We are local to Berlin, VT and know our employees; your contributions will be appreciated. Come work where your efforts are recognized, and your voice is heard!

Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: EMR documentation; communication with residents, families, & healthcare providers in a helpful and professional manner; ensuring a smooth workflow, and prompt delivery of care services.

Competitive pay based upon experience and license (LPN or RN) with shift and weekend differentials. Must pass appropriate background check and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Resident Assistant:

We are a locally owned company that prides itself on its teamwork and compassionate delivery of care.

We are seeking LNAs, PCAs, as well as individuals interested in training as caregivers, to join our dynamic team of Resident Assistants at Chestnut Place Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We are currently accepting applications for FT, PT, and per diem team members to support our residents with ADL (Activites of Daily Living) and companionship, and/or assist with medication administration

LNAs: If your current job leaves you feeling disheartened at the end of your shift…consider making a switch to a clean, home-like, and well-paced environment where residents reside in private apartments.

Dining Server:

Looking for a meaningful job supporting older adults? Looking for extra income?

Our dining room servers have fun! Offering morning, lunch and evening hours that can work around your schedule, with no late nights. The perfect position for high school or college students, a secondary job or retiree. Shifts range from 4-8 hours a day, and we are flexible with how many days per week you work.

You’ll serve delicious chef-prepared meals to older adults in a friendly atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to earn supplemental income or to land a great full-time position! This is a less stressful serving style compared to the traditional restaurant serving position.

Previous serving experience is preferred but is not required, we are happy to train the right individual. We offer a great working environment, competitive wage and full benefits for full time employees. We invite you to apply and look forward to meeting you!
